These meditation days are an opportunity to retreat in the city for a days’ practice and connection. With meditation, periods of silence and shared lunch. A great way to spend your Saturday.

10am-5pm. For regular meditators who know both practices.

Explore your body and feeling experience as an aid to meditation, in relation to self and other. With exercises in becoming present to yourself in the moment, active listening, sensory awareness, meditation and discussion.
